The Richland County Sheriff’s Department announced in a press conference that it arrested a 13-year-old, 16-year-old and 17-year-old in connection with the shooting death of their K9, Bumi, on Dec. 23. The 13-year-old’s mother was also arrested and charged with accessory after the fact of a felony.
