A prosecutor in the Alec Baldwin ‘Rust’ trial has asked the judge who dismissed the case to reconsider, per court documents filed on Aug. 30. On July 12, Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer dismissed with prejudice the involuntary manslaughter charge against the actor.
