An attorney representing late ‘Rust’ cinematographer Halyna Hutchins’ family in Ukraine told PEOPLE in a statement Nov. 19 that Hutchins’ mother Olga Solovey does not plan to attend the movie’s Nov. 20 world premiere and alleged that Alec Baldwin “has never called them to apologize” for Hutchins’ death.
