Musician Justin Timberlake did not attend his DWI hearing on July 26 as he continues his Forget Tomorrow World Tour in Europe, but will be there virtually at his new arraignment on Aug. 2. “He was not intoxicated … We are confident that this charge will be dismissed,” his attorney Edward Burke told reporters Friday.
