The Sugar Bowl will kick off in New Orleans at 4 p.m. ET Thursday. Bowl officials had postponed the College Football Playoff quarterfinal game between the University of Georgia and Notre Dame earlier on Wednesday. In a written statement, bowl officials said the decision to delay the game was made with public safety in mind after a pickup-truck attack in the city killed at least 10 people early on New Year’s Day.
