Jules Feiffer, a Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist and illustrator of ‘The Phantom Tollbooth’ died of congestive heart failure at his home in Richfield Springs, New York. He was 95. In September 2024, the artist spoke with PEOPLE about his debut graphic novel and the “privileges” of getting older.
