Acting Secret Service chief says attempted assassination of Trump could have been prevented

Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe told a Senate hearing the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump could have been prevented if his agency had deployed technology that would have revealed a drone flown by the gunman before the shooting. And in an exclusive interview, Attorney General Merrick Garland called the attempted assassination “extremely alarming.” NBC News’ Ken Dilanian reports.
