Alice Brock, the Massachusetts restaurant owner and artist who inspired folk artist Arlo Guthrie’s “Alice’s Restaurant Massacree,” died at 83 on Nov. 20 in Provincetown, Massachusetts, as Guthrie announced on Facebook.
