The wind-fueled Eaton Fire burning in northeast Los Angeles County has rained destruction on several neighborhoods in Pasadena and Altadena, damaging or destroying at least 1,000 structures and killing at least five people. Kris Van Cleave spoke with the sister of one of the victims.
