Chanel West Coast announced on Instagram that her father, Jamie Dudley, has been diagnosed with an inoperable cancerous tumor. The ‘Ridiculousness’ alum said her father’s tumor “is so big [that] it cannot be treated with chemo” and asked for prayers to help him overcome the health crisis.
