Melissa Nicandri, who died in the Jan. 29 plane crash outside Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Washington, D.C., is being remembered as a ‘great friend to a lot of people,’ a massive Taylor Swift fan and ‘everything you would ever want in a daughter,’ her dad Peter tells PEOPLE.
