Tropical Storm Debby made landfall along Florida’s west coast as a Category 1 hurricane, killing at least five people and bringing more than a foot of rain. The storm now heads north as Georgia and the Carolinas prepare for more rain and flooding. Tom Hanson and Cristian Benavides report.
