Fernando Valenzuela has died at the age of 63, the Dodgers announced on Tuesday, Oct. 22. The baseball player inspired “Fernandomania” as a rookie pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1981. After his retirement, he became a broadcaster for the organization.
