A 14-year-old girl in Florida died after her mom held her head underwater in a bathtub, officials from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office announced on Wednesday, Nov. 20. Kelsey Glover has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery charges with additional charges pending.
