Jimmy Carter, who died on Sunday, Dec. 29 at age 100, is currently lying in repose at the Carter Presidential Center in Atlanta, where he will remain until 6 a.m. local time on Tuesday, Jan. 7. Carter’s funeral proceedings will take place over multiple days, ending on Thursday, Jan. 9.
