Louisiana State Police issued an arrest warrant for Kyren Lacy, 24, following a hit-and-run that killed a 78-year-old man on Dec. 17. According to authorities, Lacy was charged with negligent homicide and hit-and-run after being arrested on Sunday, Jan. 12.
