With more than 1 million people still without power in the Houston area after Hurricane Beryl, some hospitals are operating under generator power, and emergency room visits are up as temperatures soar. Sweltering heat continued for tens of millions around the country and is blamed for dozens of deaths. NBC News’ Kathy Park reports.
