As President Biden met with NATO leaders in Washington, there were new warning signs about his campaign. Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi stopped short of saying Mr. Biden should stay in the race, saying “it’s up to the president to decide if he is going to run.” And actor George Clooney, who has been a big supporter of Mr. Biden, called on him to drop out.
