Amid speculation that Meghan Markle had been cropped out of the photo King Charles and Prince William used to send well-wishes for Prince Harry’s 40th birthday, Buckingham Palace confirmed that was not the case. There are two versions of the photo, including one of Harry solo, and that’s what was used on social media.
