Today we get in all the calories we can.
Yesterday we took field trips to the playground, the mall, and the pet store.
Today we spend our days walking the halls of the hospital.
Yesterday I was blind to the overwhelming number of children fighting pediatric cancer.
Today my heart aches for all the families fighting this terrible disease.
Yesterday my conversation at the playground was about when we were having our next playdate.
Today my conversation at the playground is asking, “So what kind of cancer does your child have?”
