Two children were killed and nine others were injured when a 17-year-old suspect went on a stabbing rampage at a school event, authorities said. The children were attending an event at a dance studio when the suspect attacked. He was arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder. NBC News’ Richard Engel reports.
