Texas Governor Greg Abbott ordered flags be flown at full-staff for the Jan. 20 inauguration of president-elect Donald Trump. This comes after President Biden ordered all flags to be flown at half-staff for 30 days following the death of former president Jimmy Carter on Dec. 29, 2024.
