U.S. indicts two Russians for allegedly being foreign agents

Federal authorities have accused two Russians of being foreign agents and promoting Russian propaganda to American audiences to influence the U.S. election. The arrests follow the indictment of a former top aide to New York Gov. Kathy Hochul on charges of being a foreign agent for China. NBC News’ Stephanie Gosk reports.
